MonsterInsights EU Compliance Addon 2.2.4
European data protection regulations such as the Cookie Law and GDPR may make it challenging to comprehend how to comply with them, especially when it comes to analytics.
As a result, we developed a simple addon that automates the overwhelming majority of configuration changes needed, saving you precious time, and integrates with two of the most popular cookie consent plugins for WordPress, requiring no complex settings or difficult to apply code modifications.
Our MonsterInsights EU Compliance Addon for MonsterInsights Premium does the following tasks automatically:
- IP addresses are anonymized.
- Disables the Remarketing and Advertising Demographics and Interests Reports Tracking of user IDs and author names.
- Integrates with the CookieBot plugin without requiring any modifications to MonsterInsights\’ code.
- Integrates with the Cookie Notice plugin without requiring any modifications to MonsterInsights\’ code.
- Allows users of the AMP addon to specify that the addon should wait for a Google AMP Consent Box to be accepted before monitoring a user, and more.
While the Tracking tab has a settings page, everything works out of the box and requires no configuration.
ATTENTION: You must purchase the main premium MonsterInsights Premium plugin to use this extension. The extension will not work without the main plugin, nor will it work on the Lite version of the MonsterInsights.
