Formidable Bootstrap Addon this add-on instantly adds Bootstrap style to all of your Formidable Forms Additionally, you\’ll have additional choices for text and numeric fields to prepend or attach a label to your field. Consider the screenshots below to show the setting in action and the outcome.

ATTENTION: You must purchase the main premium Formidable Forms Pro plugin to use this extension. The extension will not work without the main plugin, nor will it work on the Lite version of the Formidable Pro plugin.
