AffiliateWP – REST API Extended 1.2
AffiliateWP provides a comprehensive read-only RESTful API that enables developers and third-party apps to interface with AffiliateWP database data.
This REST API Extended add-on includes Create, Update, and Delete actions, giving developers and other apps full access over AffiliateWP database data.
The REST API Extended add-on makes the following activities accessible to affiliates, creatives, referrals, visitors, and payments through the REST API:
- Create an affiliate/creative/referral/visit/rewards program.
- Maintain affiliate/creative/referral/visit/payout information.
- Delete affiliate/creative/referral/visit/payout terms and conditions
The possibilities that this expanded API enables are almost limitless. Several potential uses include the following:
- External website visits and referrals, including non-WordPress websites.
- Referral tracking in non-WordPress and non-custom eCommerce systems.
- Account synchronization across different databases and servers.
- Automatically updating affiliate accounts when other apps make adjustments.
- Each time an order is completed via an external payment processor, affiliate records are created.
- Custom affiliate sections hosted on non-WordPress servers.
ATTENTION: You must purchase the main premium AffiliateWP plugin to use this extension. The extension will not work without the main plugin.
